Good Afternoon,

We are having fall weather in August. It's a nice change and I have become spoiled to the weather.

Lots of things going on most days. My project for a week now has been to clean the closets. I am still working on that project. I also will pick out a kit or a kitted project to start stitching today.
Doing laundry and dishes.

What is everyone else doing today?
I've done more reading this summer than maybe all last winter!

Long overdue update

Here are R, S, T, U and V from the Alphabet Sampler in reverse order cause I somehow get them out of order when I load them. The first two are also together as it would not let me load more than 5 pictures so in order to get everything in. SIGH



This here is an SAL I started on another group, The Stitch Specialists and was designed by Abi Gurben?? It is called The Great Escape and is going to be an owl. This is the first 4 parts. Enjoy and any comments are greatly appreciated.

Stitched on Witches of Booville this weekend

This is such a cute piece!  I pulled it out this weekend and stitched on it.  Since it is Halloween in 3 weeks and I havent stitched on it in along time.  I am about 7% done with 2321 stitches done. I will show the picture of the photo, the stitched progress before and what I stitched over this weekend.  Happy Stitching everyone!

I Have worked on Fred this Weekend along with Lavender Moon and Cockers

I have an update on Fred and also a little update on my HAED Lavender Moon.

So far I have put in 539 stitches in Lavender Moon!  This is a BAP!  Also my first time with linen so it is a slow process : )

I am just about done with the second page which makes me half done.  Also stitched on Cocker Spanials so here is an update

Finished the Q and Ink Circles

Here is an update on where I am with Ink circles, it is progressing much faster than expected and am already to page 4 and am almost done with that as well.
Next up is Q for Quilt, done with DMC: 322, 349, 743, white and Needles Necessities 628. Like the bright colors of the quilt, but am not very happy with the color chosen for the Q itself, was too far along when I decided this so just left it. It is most likely going to be donated to my church's auction next spring so what I think will not matter at that point.

It's been a while

Where to start, N & O not in order. Still do not like that color purple used but need to stay consistent so there it is. Also a picture of where I am to date.

Am over half way done now, so the end is in sight. Am losing interest in this as I have become obsessed with the Ink Circles piece and as you can see have made much progress on that.

Here is Ink Circles to date, two and 1/2 pages done, with 3 to go. Going much faster than first expected as I work on it every chance I get. Am really enjoying this one and don't see that going away any time soon.

Tiger Portrait

Have been awhile since I post anything.  This weekend worked on the Tiger Portrait, has come along way since I last posted.  Also worked on a non-stitchy proejct as well.

J for Jelly

J for Jelly is done, for some reason this was not as fun as the others don't know why it has purple in it. Anyway it is done.

I'm Making Progess

I have another update on my stitching for the last 2 rotations. The first is 2 weeks work on Chocolate,Chocolate & More Chocolate. You can see one of the cupcakes taking shape now. I love working on this (well, I love working on all of them).

Next is my update on Train of Dreams. Got in 2 good weeks on this one. Still loving it.

And last but not least(& I know I'm crazy) but today I am starting another one. This will be 6 in the rotation. I am starting Sundae Delight.
This is another SAL with Caite. We are also being joined in this one by Elena & Annie.

I hope all of the Mom's who read my ramblings have a wonderful Mother's Day & get plenty of stitching done.

H and I are done

H and I are done for the Alphabet sampler. I was a fast stitch as it is small than the others, the H took a bit longer and I lopsided the windows a bit, but was too lazy to rip it out and fix it.

H was done with DMC; 115, 121, 437, 700, 739, 3781 & white

I was done with DMC; 321, 349, 4090 & white

Worked On KK's Max in the Zinnias this Week!

I put in 294 stitches so far!  Had a hectic week of moving my daughter to CT.  Hopefully I will have more time to stitch this week.  Here is a photo of the piece and what I have done so far.

G for goose is done, this took me a week and a 1/2, getting them done pretty quickly.

Worked On Cocker Spanials Watching Birds This Week!

I managed to put in quite a few stitches in this pattern.  I started this one Jan. 2006!  Here is two photos, 1 when I stopped and one as of now.
