On a roll here, got D for dog done in about two weeks or so.DMC 121, 349, 435, 437, 739 & 3781
Am really pleased with my progress, will work on ornaments for the next week and then this next weekend will start back up with this. Was only going to go to D on this row, but have enough room so may do E as well. Next is E for elephant.

I have been busy stitching prairie schooler santas. I have stitched 2001 and 2002 on the same piece of material and will be taking them to the framer's next week. I made a few changes in colors. I used a christmas red for the santas and put a blue trim around the 2002 santa to give him a more patriotic look. I put my wip monticello on my qsnaps this afternoon and hope to get some more work done on it. Happy stitching everyone!

So here is the Tiger slowly coming along. Thinking I might not get it done in 3 months, lol, have not worked on it since Sunday night. Have been working on crocheting some squares for a group that I am in, we are making 28 squares that represent each Cancer to make into blankets.

Here is C is for cat.
The Gentle Art 0820 or Lavender Potpourri
DMC 700, 742, 745 & 3341
Don't really like the purple chosen for this, hoping it will grow on me. The cat is cute though and maybe once the whole thing is done it will blend well together.
The C is one row short, supposed to be 47 stitches high and it is 46 instead. Didn't notice till starting on the cat and didn't feel like ripping out half the c to fix it. Just had to shorten the cats' ears to "fix" it and does not seem to affect the design itself. The integrity of the design is still there.

Picture update of Tiger took a break from it since January 9th. Picked it up again on February 4th and this is what I have stitched so far. Will work on it again later on tonight, promised to have it done in 3 months.

I've never stitched pieces for Valentine's before...usually I'm more of a "fall" girl. I LOVE the autumn colors. I liked this lil cutie though so into my basket it went. Fun, fast stitch. Love the Lizzie Kate's for busy days! :)
